They look great! I messed mine up. Maybe it's about time for a take 2 for me too.
i've found more butter and less rising time does the trick for mine.
I know I was supposed to leave room between each but I thought nah, I'll just squeeze 'em all into this dish - result: buns expand in size, cream overflows and burns. ba-bow. However they were STILL pretty tasty buns - so not a total fail.
